The Offer:
Work with you and your lender for pre-approval and help choose which Loan type.
Determine Offer Price
Strategize relevant terms for the offer including closing date, inspection periods, current home sale etc..
Discuss, complete and review all paperwork relating to the Offer To Purchase.
I will present all offers and recommend counter-offer strategies if need be.
I will negotiate the best price possible for your new home.

I will handle ALL Follow-Up, upon a contract being accepted!!
Recommend professional title companies, closers, and home inspectors.
I will monitor all deadline dates, contingencies and conditions set forth in the Purchase agreement.
I will work closely with lender and oversee the loan status to assure timely loan commitment.
I will work closely with the home inspector and draft any amendments relating to the home inspection.
I will make arrangements, and work closely with the Title Company to insure a smooth transaction.
