I search the MLS daily for new
listings meeting your criteria and network with other agents regarding unlisted
properties coming to the market.

I will make arrangements, and work closely with the Title Company to insure a smooth transaction.
I will help schedule the closing at a time that suits all parties.
I will schedule a final walk through with myself to review the property and confirm that it is in the same condition as when you signed the purchase agreement.
