Barry Shaw is a commercial real estate broker, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Eastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

Barry works with both multifamily owners looking to sell and investors looking to acquire properties, with a particular focus on small and mid-sized apartment properties. From four-unit buildings and smaller multifamily investments to larger apartment communities, Barry brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to helping clients evaluate opportunities, understand market value, and make informed real estate decisions.

His approach is straightforward: understand the client's goals, provide honest market insight, and work diligently to create the best possible outcome. Barry believes that successful real estate relationships are built on trust, communication, and doing what you say you are going to do.

Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Barry built and operated his own business before relocating to the United States. He brings that entrepreneurial background, strong work ethic, and client-first mindset to his real estate career. He has spent more than a decade working with buyers and sellers in the Minnesota and Wisconsin markets and understands the importance of building relationships that extend well beyond a single transaction.

Today, Barry's primary focus is Multifamily Investment Sales and Commercial Real Estate, helping property owners and investors navigate acquisitions, dispositions, valuation, and investment opportunities across the region.

Barry also continues to work with a select number of residential clients, particularly where his existing relationships and local market knowledge can add value.

Outside of real estate, Barry is a husband and father of three. He enjoys spending time with his family, follows most sports, plays golf, likes staying active, and traveling whenever possible.
